Nab Kalsi - General Manager
Nab joined TEAM in 2010 as the new General Manager. Nab has a background in Oil and Gas having spent his early career as a Project Engineer on construction projects both in Europe and the Middle East. Nab brings a wealth of experience in Client Relationship Management and Business Development with clients, particularly at FTSE 100/250 board level. His extensive industry network is focused on supporting our strategic resourcing needs and building new partnerships with our clients globally.
George Highmoor - Business Manager - Well Construction
George joined the oil and gas industry in 1977 and was with Sperry-Sun for 21 years. During that time he has worked in most places where oil and gas are extracted on all types of rigs. He rose through all levels of the business and brings a knowledge of the industry and the people which adds a new level to contract staff placement.
William Jackson - Business Acquisition Manager
William joined TEAM in 2007 with responsibilities for the Strategic Resourcing facility and business development activities for subsea and inspection manpower. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge of developing Client Relations and recruiting successfully at senior levels for companies both in the UK and overseas. Combining the knowledge and experience of TEAM and Acteon with William's industry experience gives us a distinct advantage in this business arena.
Joseph Stubbs - Strategic Resourcing Consultant
Joseph joined TEAM in March 2009 with a solid background in Oil and Gas recruitment. Previous roles have seen him play an integral role in establishing and growing a successful specialist oil and gas division for a leading national executive search organization. His existing knowledge and experience across diverse industry fields has enabled him to add value to the already strong expertise of TEAM in Norwich. He is responsible for developing client relationships and also direct recruitment of personnel.
Sue Rojas - Team Leader
Sue has worked for TEAM since 2002 and was originally responsible for co-ordinating the engagement and mobilisation of senior oil & gas consultants. In August 2007 Sue moved into the role of Team Leader where she is now responsible for managing the Norwich based teams which deliver support services to TEAM's Clients and Consultants. Sue also provides procedures and processes support throughout TEAM's business units as well as being responsible for the continual development and maintenance of TEAM's internal database, a key driver of ISO 9001.
Sarah Derrett - Consultancy Services Co-ordinator
Sarah joined the company as Senior Administrator in April 2006 with a background in recruitment and co-ordinating within the hospitality and corporate events industry. Since September 2007 she has been the first point of contact within Consultancy Services. Her position mainly involves the mobilisation of drilling, completion and intervention personnel, issuing of contracts and maintenance of the database.
Steven Mizen - Sales Support Assistant / General Business Administrator
Steven joined the company as Assistant Co-ordinator in February 2008 primarily to assist with the day to day co-ordinating and mobilisation of various personnel. From January 2010 his main role now is to assist and give administrative support to TEAM's Sales Team and also to its general back-office operations.
Becky Marson, ACMA - Financial Controller
Becky has been with the company since early 2006 from a background in management accounting and is a qualified management accountant. She heads up the finance function of TEAM Energy as Financial Controller, both in the UK and in the Middle East and deals with the day to day running of the finance department. Her duties include the production of the management reporting, co-ordinating the yearly audit and statutory accounts and production of the budget.
Sayed Rehim - Accountant
Sayed assists Becky with the day to day running of the UK accounts department as Accountant. He joined the company in March 2008 and brings with him a degree in Accounting and over 8 years of accounts experience. Sayed looks after invoicing, payments to consultants and suppliers, banking receipts and also deals with the management reporting and accounting analysis.
Tim Wright - Assistant Accountant
Tim joined TEAM during July 2007, coming with experience of roles in sales and purchase ledger processing. He deals with all processing of supplier and consultant invoices and processes all customer invoices, charging all costs and time out to TEAM Energy's clients. Tim is the first point of contact for TEAM in relation to customer and supplier invoice queries. Tim is also tasked with the collection of any invoices falling overdue and has good relationships with our clients to ensure this is kept to a minimum.
Kelly Futter - Administrator
Kelly acts as first point of contact at TEAM having joined the company in September 2009. She provides key administrative support to all members of the Norwich and Aberdeen Offices and helps ensure the maintenance of TEAM's in-house database.
Anna Metzger - Admin Assistant
Anna has been with TEAM since January 2008. Anna now works part time, providing administrative support to both the Norwich and Aberdeen office including the processing of CV's received.
