We at TEAM Energy are part of a global Oil and Gas services business which has operations in many different regions of the world. We seek to manage our business to understand any potential risks, identify the threats that they may pose and implement mitigating measures to manage, reduce and eliminate those risks. We work with our clients to ensure that the consultants we supply fully understand and comply with their QHSE systems at all times.

Quality
The assurance of quality is fundamental to all at TEAM Energy and we utilise a Quality Management System accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Our management is committed to continual development and improvement of the Quality Management System in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes.

We are also registered with FPAL (Reg:10043149) and Achilles (Reg: 28280) systems.

Health and Safety
We are committed to minimising any risk of harm or injury to any of our staff and consultants. We pursue a goal of zero incidents and our principles are drawn together in "The Acteon Way for Safety" and our own Safety Handbook.

The safety of everyone depends on our common commitment to the highest standards of care at all times and in all circumstances. Every member of staff should complete the working day without suffering injury or causing harm to others. Everyone who works for or on behalf TEAM Energy is responsible for their own safety and the safety of those around them. Safety guidelines and principles are outlined and implemented to ensure the safety of our people and those we come into contact with.

We set H & S objectives for our staff and ensure compliance with our clients' H & S systems by actively driving safety management principles at every level of our organisation. This includes having H & S performance included in the performance appraisals of all staff.
