Consultant Support

Depending on client and/or consultant requirements, we at TEAM can provide or assist with the following:

Visa Applications - In the majority of cases we are responsible for arranging first trip mobilisation including coordinating the process to obtain Visas and Work Permits. We have a great deal of experience in coordinating visa applications and can therefore identify any potential issues early in the process.

Pre-mobilisation advice - Alongside our clients we support our consultants when commencing employment in a new location. This includes making consultants aware of the requirements for entry and safe passage in international locations which can include potential health risk advice and vaccinations. Medical examinations, drugs and alcohol test can also be arranged through us on request.

Tax advice – With a global industry there are many differing tax situations present. We can offer information and advice on country tax to our consultants.

Mobilisation/Travel – Where required we will make travel arrangements for the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of consultants from work site. We can also coordinate in-country accommodation. In-country travel can also be arranged if required and in certain locations a ‘meet and greet’ facility is available.

Payroll – We can provide payroll services in locations where we have a corporate presence or office. In-country payments can be made in these locations.
