Develop the Candidate search programme

• Create a brief specific campaign process that can include:

  • Advertising campaigns
  • Candidate targetting and approach

Execute Search Process

• Execute search and selection process
• Develop a wide list of potential candidates
• Selectively develop Client short list for interview

Candidate and Client Preparation

• TEAM Energy will liaise closely with our Client to discuss each proposed candidate and our assessment of candidate capability
• TEAM Energy will work with each candidate to ensure they understand the brief

Candidate Interviewing

• Arrange all candidate interviews
• Discuss and summarise with Client and provide candidate feedback

Acceptance and Candidate Logistics

• Develop and execute acceptance process and implement Coordination team for logistics management.
