In 2008, InterAct Activity Management Ltd, an Acteon Company was established. Born from the technical expertise and project management experience of TEAM Drill, InterAct was established as a distinct company to provide engineering consultancy and project management services to the Industry and holds a close working relationship with TEAM Energy.

Drilling and production services

InterAct provides comprehensive drilling, facilities engineering, and construction management services for on and offshore oil and gas projects. InterAct has successfully designed and managed drilling programs for horizontal and extended-reach wells, deep water subsea wells and reservoirs with complex geologic formations.

Decommissioning and Abandonment

InterAct provides extensive onshore and offshore oilfield decommissioning services. From end-of-field-life determination to final asset clearance, InterAct and TEAM Energy can provide the project team to handle every aspect of decommissioning. Project experience includes subsea or platform well abandonment, jacket and topside removal, FPSO and pipeline removal.

Subsea Engineering Services

InterAct provides various subsea engineering services. These include field development studies and management of front end engineering, project surveillance, subsea control systems, integrity management, inspection, repair and maintenance, installation and intervention management, well intervention, workover and maintenance.

Environmental and Regulatory

InterAct offers comprehensive environmental and regulatory services in support of oilfield operations and expertise on issues including air quality, health risk assessments, marine and terrestrial biology, geology, hydrology, land use compatibility, noise, traffic and visual resources.
