Job Purpose

 

·         Responsible for adherence to Company QHSE Policies

·         Working from Norwich, responsible for Engineering work in conjunction with colleagues within InterAct

·         Assistance with engineering projects in the field of decommissioning

·         Assistance with engineering projects in the field of completions engineering

·         Assistance with engineering projects in the field of reservoir engineering

·         Assistance with general Oil and Gas-related engineering projects

 

Dimensions of the job

 

·         Adherence to InterAct Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Systems

·         Learn and understand Acteon’s company organisation, business methods, philosophies, project execution strategies, clients and project history.

·         Fulfillment of all Project Engineering duties in respect of assigned projects in a pro-active manner, including regular interface with clients, internal departments/colleagues and external contractors.

·         Preparation of comprehensive reviews, studies, programme of work and equipment lists for assigned projects.  Coordinate supplies, manpower, HSE and design aspects to execute projects.

·         Responsibility, for delivery of the products and services to clients on time, on quality and on cost for allocated projects, including assigned work onsite onshore & offshore.

·         There will be the requirement to work onsite, whether onshore or offshore.

·         Well / Petroleum engineering, completion & work-over designs, work programme, equipment lists & specifications.

·         Carrying out all calculations to verify the suitability of procedures and equipment proposed to be used.

·         Production of detailed technical reports to IAAM Ltd standard.

·         Ensuring assigned projects are cost effective subject to time and equipment constraints.

·         Monitoring/managing project performance and highlighting problem areas in good time.

·         Any other relevant work/projects assigned by Manager.

·         Comply with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Management systems and maintain company procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimising harm to individuals, equipment and the environment

·         Supply engineering support and advice to other members of the company and client as appropriate, before during and following job execution.

·         All tasks are carried out in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures in line with ISO9001.
