TEAM Energy operates a Quality Management System certified ISO 9001:2015, specific to the provision of technical assistance and engineering support to the Oil and Gas industry.
In April 2026, TEAM Energy's three UK sites (London, Aberdeen and Norwich) were successfully integrated into Altea Energy Group's ISO certification scope for the first time, achieving ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations with zero non-conformities, audited by Interface NRM, under UKAS accreditation (UKAS being the sole national body recognised by the UK government to assess and accredit certification organisations).
Quality Assurance is fundamental to all work undertaken by TEAM Energy. Every member of staff practises our established procedures, complying with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
We are committed to the continual development and improvement of our Quality Management System, with the aim of achieving full customer satisfaction by ensuring all needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled.
TEAM Energy pursues a goal of zero incidents. Our HSE principles are embedded across the organisation and aligned with Altea Energy Group's QHSE policy, deployed globally across all subsidiaries.
Our consultants benefit from a personalised HSE induction before each assignment, including a briefing from our HSE Supervisor and a dedicated HSE handbook, ensuring they arrive on site with the right safety practices from day one, ahead of any client-specific HSE training.
When working at client locations, our consultants are expected to comply with the client's HSE requirements and instructions, with all relevant policy documentation provided prior to mobilisation.
We also look to continuously improve energy efficiency and waste minimisation across our day-to-day business operations, in line with our ISO 14001 environmental commitments.
