Night Drilling Supervisor

TEAM Energy is looking for an experienced Night drilling supervisor for Deepwater Rig work in India.

Role description

  • As a Night Drilling Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant drilling operations during your shift.

Responsibilities

  • Together with the Senior Drilling Supervisor and Rig Contractor Leadership, ensure the program and procedures are implemented s
  • Collaborate with the Rig team to ensure personal safety, well control and process safety.
  • Provide safety leadership and guidance to Engineers and Rig Crew.
  • Identify and assess HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) and operational risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Oversee and monitor Rig site operations carried out by drilling Rig, ensuring adherence to Company-provided plans and programs.
  • Co-ordinate with Head - Rig Operations Deepwater and Senior Drilling Supervisor on daily progress and ensure its compliance with schedule.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience on Offshore Rig.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Night Drilling Supervisor for Deepwater Rig.
  • Experience in electronic reporting system such as Openwells.
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Suitably trained for deeper water Rig operations.
  • Technical or Engineering graduation degree desirable.
  • Trained in Well Control and must have valid IWCF certification (Subsea Level 4)
