Senior Project Engineer

TEAM Energy are working with a major Oil and Gas Operator to find a Senior Project Engineer for a residential contract in Dubai.

Role description

Develop, plan, coordinate, facilitate, monitor and manage multi discipline projects in liaison with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Engineering, Onshore Operations, Production Offshore, External Affairs and the Procurement team.
Effectively carryout project management responsibilities to ensure that assigned projects have been safely, economically and successfully completed within approved budget and time frame.

Participate in and contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual
design, to detailed engineering, procurement, permits, construction and system operation.
Responsible for Technical Evaluation of Bids.
Responsible for managing and contributing to one or more projects
simultaneously from definition to handover of the projects.
Responsible for timely completion of approved projects at minimum cost, in accordance with required technical specifications, Company policies, objectives, procedures, regulatory requirements, and all quality, health, safety and environmental objectives.
Review all proposed engineering designs and manage the process of
conceptual and detailed design.

10+ years in project related capacity on medium to large oil and gas facilities.
