Career Opportunity: Company Representative (CPY REP) – Wellhead & Well Control Systems Are you an experienced Engineer with a deep background in subsea production systems and quality supervision? Join a major multidisciplinary team during the execution phase of a world-class offshore project located in Suriname, while being based at the manufacturing site in Malaysia. The Role: As the Company Representative (CPY REP), you will be the primary point of contact for supervising the supply, fabrication, and quality of Wellhead Systems, Well Control Systems, and associated tooling. This is a residential position based in the Johor area, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: -Supervision & Quality: Oversee the day-to-day activities of contractors (CTR) and vendors, ensuring all work adheres to specifications and quality regimes. -HSE Leadership: Act as a visible leader for site safety, ensuring full compliance with H3SE rules, performing risk assessments, and exercising "Stop Work" authority when necessary. -Project Controls: Monitor detail schedules, identify potential resource bottlenecks to prevent slippage, and issue weekly status reports to the CPY Delivery and Quality Leads. -Technical Oversight: Assess and monitor Welding Qualification Programs and Testing Programs (factory acceptance and stack-up) to ensure equipment is fit for purpose. -Documentation: Ensure the prompt finalization of manufacturing record books and dispatch dossiers for all deliverables. Qualifications & Experience: -Education: Degree or Master’s in Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. -Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, specifically within major projects. -Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Well Control Products, manufacturing sequences, and testing regimes (FAT, stack-up, etc.). -Languages: Must be fluent in both English and French. The Role: -Status: 28/28 Rotation. -Location: Office-based in India -Duration: Minimum 12 months (Long-term project). -Focus: Leading the design and operational planning for deepwater exploratory, appraisal, and development wells using MPD technology. Key Responsibilities: -Develop drilling and completion programs and procedures for all MPD-related activities. -Provide office-based technical support for operational execution and equipment selection. -Introduce global deepwater MPD best practices in well design. -Carry out HAZID/HAZOP and develop risk analysis to mitigate complex deepwater risks. -Ensure technical integrity and well barriers at every stage of the operation.
